Located in the historic Annisquam Mill District of Manchester New Hampshire is Loon Chocolate – An award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate company that is fast becoming a favorite throughout New England & beyond.

Loon Chocolate is owned and operated by Rachel Mack who took over the business in 2023 to combine this growing brand with her other passion of jams & jellies which she owns with her sister Sara (Laurel Hill Jams & Jellies). At Loon Chocolate, Rachel is joined by skilled Chocolate Makers Laura Withers and Scott Belanger whose expertise and creativity bring to life the artisan chocolate sourced from (6) different global regions using only organic and ethically-sourced ingredients.

All of Loon Chocolate products are hand-crafted in small batches using minimal ingredients to ensure the richness of chocolate shines through in every bite. Each batch of chocolate is less than 100lbs, and all steps within the process are completed by hand – From the sorting & roasting of beans right through to the wrapping of the finished product.

As visitors step through the doors of the quaint chocolate shop, they are greeted by the intoxicating aroma of freshly roasted cacao and the warm smiles of Rachel, Laura, and Scott. Inside, the magic of chocolate comes to life, inviting all who enter to embark on a journey of indulgence and discovery. Everyone at Loon Chocolate is passionate about creating an affordable luxury to be both enjoyed and shared, and as a word-play on NH’s State Motto – Live Free & Eat Great Chocolate!
