The Kokoa Kamili Fermentary in Mbingu Village in Tanzania is comprised of 3000 small farm owners near the Udzungwa Mountains National Park.  Farm owners sell their wet cacao to the fermentary at top Tanzania price.  The fermentary then fermentes/dries the cocoa allowing the farmers to focus on growing and planting more quality cacao.
