Tasting Notes: The chocolate has the aroma of fresh butter with mild floral notes. Because of the high intrinsic coco butter content, the chocolate has a creamy texture. The flavors are mocha and floral with a milky over tones (yes, it's like eating hot chocolate in a bar). There is very mild bitterness and this bar is easily approachable by folks who are hesitant about "dark" chocolate. This finish is clean with very mild astringency.
Pairing Suggestions: Cline Old Vine Zinfadel and Savory foods
