This batch of chocolate is made from Trinitario cacao cultivated by a cooperative of smallholder growers in the Alto Beni region of Bolivia. The cacao has a rare genetic make up, giving it distinct flavor notes. The chocolate has a fruitiness of cherry and blackberry.
