Our Nicaragua 70% dark chocolate comes from Trinitario cocoa beans grown in Nicaragua. The flavors are fine and strong, with a nuttiness that is unique to this bean. It's a smooth, dark, solid chocolate, with overtones of coffee, molasses, roasted nuts and dates, and even some interesting notes of tobacco leaves.
