This Dominican Republic 70% dark chocolate bar is made with cocoa beans from the Roig Valley Co-op in the Dominican Republic. This is a Trinitario bean, which gives it a somewhat brighter flavor profile than our Bolivia or Venezuela bars. This chocolate is bursting with bright, tangy and fruity overtones throughout, all complementing and blending together to give a delightful tasting experience.
