Rebecca was able to visit PISA, acronym for Produits des Iles S.A., in 2017, and the time there was unforgettable. She loves working with their cacao, which is sweet and fruity like green mangoes and bananas and leaves you wanting more. PISA purchases, ferments, and exports wet cacao from around 1,600 smallholder farmers in the northern lush Acul-du-Nord area of Haiti.
