Guatemala Cahabón 70%
Sorry, currently out of stock
The Association of Integrated Development “OX EEK” Santa Maria Cahabón (ADIOESMAC) is situated in the mountainous Cahabón region of Guatemala. The association of indigenous Mayan families has been working on reforestation of the region with cacao and now works with and exports their unusually large and flavorful cacao through Cacao Verapaz S. A., a transparency and social impact-driven specialty cacao exporter in Guatemala.
A deep, aromatic, and soulful chocolate that is juicy like black grapes with a slight bitterness that is also somehow pleasant, like red wine. And we love working with these big, gorgeous cocoa beans.
