This cacao was created on a family-run farm called Kablon Farms, based in Davao, Philippines. They have created micro-lots where they have the opportunity to ferment the beans differently to create unique flavor profiles. This tablet was created using the Malah na Bulong micro-lot. When made into chocolate, these beans have a unique marshmallow-like texture and wonderfully warming hot cocoa notes.
