Hazel Hill Chocolate
Sambirano 67%
Sorry, currently out of stock
The cacao is produced by Bertil Akesson, the owner of 'Akesson Plantation', Akesson produces this delightful cacao in northern Madagascar's Sambirano River Valley. His family also produces fine pepper, and other spices. The cacao has a wonderfully complex set of fruit flavors with the strongest notes being chocolate, cherry, raspberry and raisin. If you taste slowly and deeply, you’ll pick up the aroma of fruit blossoms. Genetically, our Sambirano is a Trinitario variety with roots in the Caribbean Island of Trinidad.
