Great dark chocolate from small makers. What I love the most is that you are able to taste 4 different chocolates from the same maker and see the subtle differences between each. Very cool!

About half of people have an allele of the TAS2R38 that makes dark chocolate too bitter. The other half think it’s the most amazing taste ever. All of them should be subscribed to Cococlectic.
